We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and enhance a large-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) supporting customer profile management, identity resolution, and real-time data processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java full-stack development, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed applications. The role involves building scalable customer profile services, developing high-performance APIs, implementing real-time data synchronization, and integrating backend services with modern frontend applications. The platform is designed to support customer profiles at a scale of 400M+ records. Key Technical Skills - Backend Development: Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC. - Frontend Development: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI/Bootstrap. - CDP & Customer Data: Customer profile management, identity resolution, profile stitching, data enrichment, and consent management. - Real-Time Data Processing: Apache Kafka, Debezium/Change Data Capture (CDC), Spark, and Flink. - Databases: Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis. - Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. - Monitoring & Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, distributed tracing, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable customer profile services supporting 400M+ profiles. - Implement identity resolution and profile stitching across multiple data sources. - Build batch ingestion, incremental processing, and real-time customer profile update capabilities. - Develop high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs for customer profile retrieval and management. - Build Kafka-based event-driven architectures and CDC pipelines using Debezium or equivalent technologies. - Develop responsive web applications and customer profile management dashboards using React.js or Angular. - Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices and design reusable UI components. - Implement security and governance controls, including role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenancy, audit logging, and consent management. - Improve application reliability through fault-tolerant processing, distributed tracing, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning. - Participate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, technical documentation, and release management. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Java Full Stack Engineer with experience building enterprise-scale applications and customer data platforms. Candidates should demonstrate strong backend development skills, practical frontend experience, and familiarity with Kafka-based streaming, distributed systems, microservices, and identity resolution. Experience with large-scale customer profile platforms would be particularly relevant given the role title.
