Job Title: Technical Project Manager & Data Architect- Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud CX. Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months Experience Required: 8-10 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager & Data Architect to support a large-scale contact center platform migration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, enterprise data warehousing, data architecture, business reporting, and technical documentation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage data and reporting requirements, coordinate changes, document end-to-end data flows, and ensure data integrity and business continuity throughout the migration. Experience with contact center technologies, particularly Genesys, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities - Manage data architecture and business reporting requirements for a large contact center platform migration. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting designs, technical documentation, change management, and testing. - Lead data and reporting design activities and coordinate changes to reporting definitions, semantics, and related tools. - Communicate project status, migration progress, and business reporting impacts to stakeholders. - Document end-to-end data flows, data objects, and reporting dependencies across legacy and new platforms. - Develop and execute data testing strategies to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Ensure data integrity and business continuity during the migration. - Coordinate change control activities and manage testing processes. - Support integration with existing enterprise reporting infrastructure. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Required Qualifications - 8-10 years of relevant professional experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in technical project management. - Knowledge of change control and testing management. - Experience with enterprise data warehousing. - Experience with business operational and historical reporting. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Experience with Tableau and BI data visualization. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with contact center platforms and technologies. - Hands-on experience with Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud CX. - Familiarity with Genesys ICON and/or A3S. - Experience with DataHub, data stewardship, or knowledge management. - Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, and SQL. - Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboards. - Familiarity with internal tools such as Maestro, Monsterboard, Prism/Core, DataDoor, and UDM.
